USAID implementing partners voluntarily submitted over 145 cases to this Global Call for HSS Cases website. Eligible activities included those funded by USAID Global Health Bureau, bilateral mission, or regional operating unit budgets for programs in USAID's 24 priority countries for Ending Preventable Child and Maternal Deaths (EPCMD) countries and the PEPFAR AIDS-Free Generation (AFG) priority countries.
This brief details a formative assessment of emergency contraceptive pills at the community level in Uganda. This trainer’s guide provides content for training on the progestin-only injectable contraceptive Sayana® Press. These materials were first used in 2012 to train facility- and community-based providers on use of Sayana Press (formerly depo-subQ in Uniject) in acceptability studies in Senegal and Uganda.
