World Vision is building on the ACCESS project’s development of the 8 Steps+ approach to wheelchair programming to institutionalize wheelchair programs within World Vision that partner with trained service providers who seek to adhere to WHO Guidelines and provide wrap-around services to support wheelchair service and inclusive community development.
